One of the biggest trends of post-pandemic workplace wellness is a movement away from compliance style, outcomes-based wellness programs. The wellness strategies that focus on outcomes have had many unintended consequences and often do not meet the goal of securing happier, healthier employees. In the third session in our series on Safety, we’ll hear from someone who has successfully made the switch. Amy DeWallace and Renata Whited of David Evans and Associates, Inc. and their broker consultant, Mary Green, of Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. will share their effort to maneuver out of this model and into a more holistic strategy that weaves wellness into the way they do business.
