About This Course

Why do we still avoid the subject of mental health? Why haven’t we moved passed the stigma? By building a comprehensive mental health care strategy into our overall workplace wellness initiatives, employers have the opportunity to change the climate of resistance regarding mental health at the workplace. In this course Nancy Board breaks down the myths, the misconceptions, the stigma, and the silence to offer practical, useful and compassionate tools, skills and resources to turn any worksite wellness leader into a courageous champion moving silence to a deafening roar. Nancy's guest presenter, Lynette Davis, discusses women and mental health.
