About This Course

In the United States, worksite wellness programs are offered by most large employers, but America runs on small businesses. What can a small business do to improve employee wellbeing? This course presents an innovative, statewide capacity-building model designed to increase the number of smaller employers (200 or fewer workers) adopting health promotion initiatives. If you are developing wellness initiative strategies for small employers, join Mari Ryan, CEO and Founder of Advancing Wellness, who will review the barriers that small businesses face when implementing worksite wellness initiatives and how you can use the learnings of her research-backed initiative to implement a wellness strategy in your small business.
