About This Course

Having leaders throughout the organization that are deeply committed to the wellness of employees and wellness in their own lives is an important first step to creating a successful worksite wellness strategy. The purpose of this "Toolkit in Action" course, led by Angela R. Howard, is to help guide you through the sub-scales of Benchmark 1 in order to accomplish the following:

Learning Objectives
• Introducing tools, templates, and reference guides that will allow you to facilitate and guide the right conversations about wellness and strategy in an integrated way.
• Provide you with turn-key resources to increase ownership and action with your leadership team and key influencers within your organization.
• Increase the commitment or re-commitment from your leadership team to make your worksite wellness strategy a success through changing habits and mindsets.
